Educational Purpose and Scope
AeroKnowledge is an educational platform developed to support airmen preparing for aviation knowledge examinations, including but not limited to the Private Pilot License (PPL), Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Instrument Rating (IR), and related certifications.
The platform provides free educational content for self-paced learning and a paid Mock Exam Portal offered as an advanced practice tool to help users assess readiness under exam-like conditions.
AeroKnowledge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), the Airmen Examination Board (AEB), Gleim Aviation, or any other regulatory or commercial entity.
Use of AeroKnowledge inside official testing rooms, including CAAP AEB facilities, or during any proctored or supervised examination environment is strictly prohibited.
Section 02
Free Content vs Paid Services
All educational explanations, reference materials, and study guides remain free to access and are intended to supplement formal aviation training.
The Mock Exam Portal is a subscription-based service designed to simulate exam pacing and structure for practice purposes only. It does not replicate, reproduce, or predict actual CAAP or AEB examination questions.
Passing or scoring well on mock exams does not guarantee success in any real-world aviation knowledge test.
Section 03
Subscription, Billing, and Payments
- The Mock Exam Portal is available through a fixed two (2) month subscription.
- All payments are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) only.
- Accepted payment methods are GCash and Maya via a custom payment portal.
- No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
Section 04
Account Access, Misuse, and Termination
Access to the Mock Exam Portal is granted to the subscribing user only and may not be shared.
AeroKnowledge reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if a user violates these Terms, engages in cheating, compromises content integrity, or uses the platform in prohibited environments.
- Use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
- Do not reproduce, sell, or redistribute content for commercial use.
- Do not misrepresent AeroKnowledge as an official or authorized exam provider.
- Do not use AeroKnowledge as a substitute for certified instruction or regulatory materials.
Section 06
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all mock exam questions and explanations are original or adapted from public-domain educational concepts. AeroKnowledge retains rights over its compiled content and presentation.
Commercial sale, monetization, or rebranding of AeroKnowledge content is strictly prohibited.
Section 07
Privacy and Data Protection
AeroKnowledge does not collect or store exam answers, scores, browsing behavior, or analytics data.
Payment information is never stored by AeroKnowledge. All payment transactions are handled exclusively by GCash and Maya through their secure systems.
Only minimal session-based authentication data is used to prevent abuse and maintain platform security.
Section 08
Limitation of Liability
AeroKnowledge is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. No guarantees are made regarding accuracy, exam relevance, or uninterrupted availability.
AeroKnowledge and its developer(s) shall not be liable for failed examinations, misunderstandings, service interruptions, or misuse of the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Revisions and Updates
